WARRANTY

GigaBaudics provides a warranty to the purchaser, on all standard products, for one year from the date of shipment against any defects in material or workmanship. Any initial noncompliance with specifications must be reported to the manufacture within 30 days from the date of shipment. Any defective instrument will, at our option, either be replaced or repaired free of charge. We are not liable for any damages due to misuse, alteration, abnormal operation, handling or environment or any other consequential damages or damages from service conditions other than for which the instrument was furnished. This warranty is void if the instrument is in any way tampered with, damaged by accident or negligence, misused, or if the seal to the inside of these instruments has been tampered with. This warranty is not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for its particular purpose or use.

In no way will GigaBaudics be liable for any damages incidental or consequential expenses losses or delays however they were caused. GigaBaudics will have the right of final determination in regard to the cause of any defect under this warranty. GigaBaudics reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If the purchaser experiences difficulty, GigaBaudics should be notified. Apparent malfunctions may be correctable over the phone.

If further assistance is required the unit should be returned for repair or replacement. Returns should be sent with your name, phone number and a description of the difficulty. The instrument should be properly packaged and shipping should be prepaid.
